Cecil rememberedOnce again, today at the First Congregational UCC Church, 100 E Broadway, Waukesha, Cecil will be memorialized when the church unleashes its annual pancake supper named after him. Cecil was a hard-to-extinguish worker for his church, climbing the steeple regularly, years after years, to oil the huge bell held aloft by ancient timbers; tending to tasks large and small, from the highly responsible to the seemingly menial.
