Two sisters are not well

My sister-in-law grapples with
A long-time chronic fatigue syndrome
Though with a full schedule
Nonetheless

And another very worried
somebody’s sister
I heard yesterday
Is facing a grim prospect;
Around the world

The sisterhood is troubled

In my south window,
I think;
And the sun illuminates
The room
From west to east
