re-does a perfectly good and almost brand-new "David Dix Realtor" embroidered T shirt. Taking out the T and the R and changing it to "one", the shirt now makes a civilian presentation, void of any tooting of one's horn. Real estate was just something he had to do, once upon a time............now it's time for raccoonery reality.
