Bob, Raccoon reader in St. Paul, sent this new decal to be attached, by FAA decree, to all passenger-carrying aircraft, following the Hudson River incident.
Perhaps something against Canadian Geese a bit scarier, such as the images on US 'Flying Tiger' fighter planes during WW II that terrified Jap Zero fighter pilots to the ground, or even kept them from taking-off?
