A gnome-ily

Flown in from Alaska

A Norwegian Nissa Man, or gnome, in some people's vernacular, arrived at this far destination because of the generosity of Laurie Dix Kari, director of the homeless shelter in the Matanuska Valley, Family Promise, www.familypromisematsu.org.

This little fellow measures only 2.5 inches, making the safe flight in bubble-wrap. The box was decorated in Alaskan themes on all sides. We appreciate it and promise to give him a good home in Waukesha, Wisconsin.
