Every year for many years we have received a Christmas letter from former art department chairman at Waukesha's Carroll College, Wis Guthrie, and his wife Ina. Always based on a new Guthrie rendition of the famed Grant Wood's American Gothic, the Guthries spin out their annual news under the banner of a new version of Wood's revered painting.
After a trying year with their health, we thought there might not be a Guthrie Christmas letter this year. But it came, today! In celebration, it is attached herewith:
